PhotoCleaner Privacy Policy
PhotoCleaner is an Android app that analyzes photos on your device to help you organize document photos and screenshots.
1. Information processed
- Photos and photo metadata that you allow Android to make available to the app
- On-device information such as capture date, file name, and storage path used to search for document photos and screenshots
- App settings such as selected search folders and whether subfolders are included
2. Purpose of processing
- Search photos based on the date range you choose
- Identify likely document photos and screenshots
- Move document photos you select to a destination folder you choose
- Delete photos you select only after Android system approval
3. External transmission and sharing
The current version does not provide account registration, advertising, or photo uploads to ByeoliSoft servers. Photo analysis is performed on the device, and PhotoCleaner does not send photo files or OCR-recognized document content to ByeoliSoft servers.
The app uses Google ML Kit components. Google policies may apply to diagnostic and performance-related technical information processed by Google-provided SDKs.
4. Storage and deletion
App settings are stored on the device. When you approve moving a document photo, the selected original photo may be moved to a folder under Pictures that you specify. Photo deletion is performed only after your selection and Android system approval.
Uninstalling the app may remove locally stored app settings, but photos you have moved or otherwise stored are not automatically deleted.
5. Permissions
PhotoCleaner uses Android photo access permissions to search photos. You can change these permissions at any time in device settings. Some search features may not work when access is limited.
